Just heard about Mikkeller's The Forager, and have heard about Goose Island's Chef Collaboration series, as well as Thomas Keller/Brooklyn's Blue Apron...but surely there are others...care to fill me in? Extra credit if you can tell me if any beers made it into bottles and/or distribution...thanks in advance!

    Cheers!

4 Hands did a beer called "Foundation" which was a collaboration between the brewery and several StL chefs

Half Acre has done a couple beers for Next - bottles only sold at the restaurant I think.
