Columbus of course. You can stay at the Brewdog Doghouse Hotel and have taps in your room.
Moses says : Cleveland
That is awesome. I'm going to convince my wife that our next family vacation needs to be in Ohio.
Chicago for sure. Great beer scene, incredible restaurants, good public transportation, lots of flights into O'Hare from just about anywhere.
Being from Oklahoma, my vote would be for KC or even Lawrence, or St. Louis
That sounds amazing!!!
Detroit northern suburbs. Royal Oak is well positioned, offers busy nightlife and youth-to-older culture-- but prefer Farmington Hills so I don't have to drive (Lyft more likely) there.
Milwaukee. Home of beer
Minneapolis or St. Paul both have amazing beer scenes. 20 minutes separate the two and they are connected by light rail. Everyone knows about Surly, but everyone will remember Barrel Theory, Dangerous Man, Summit, Fair State, Indeed, Insight, I think you get the picture.
did you select a venue?
We haven't selected a city yet.
Madison has the infrastructure (Great Taste of the Midwest) in addition to be a great city all around.
Hey Todd! My wife's single friends think you're a real good-looking dude and they are from Cincinnati. In the Midwest. <tries different angle>
I'm flattered, but also married with a kid.
Yea, I told them it wouldn't matter because you have a family, so we all can't to meet them when you come to the beautiful Queen City!!
