So, I'll keep this short and sweet. I studied abroad in Florence and after making Italian friends I will inform u on where u need to go to enjoy some good brews as well as a wide selection of cantillon.

    Rome
    1. Open baladin - if you want to drink cantillon by the bottle or take it home, this should be your first stop. This brewpub does good collaborations with brewers around the world. While I was here they had every cantillon bottle available aside from the Rosé. The good bartenders name is Matteu and he has long hair and is pretty skinny, speaks great English.

      • Important note: it is against Italian law to take home a bottle after 10pm. Here the bartenders will be able to tell u about any other bottle shops or bars u must see. Or you can check the other threads.

      • Beer house club - 3F (always) and occasionally cantillon
      • Diorama - on the pitti palace side of the river (has a great variety of cantillon) and they do some nice homebrew as well. Have to mention this is like a 15 min walk from the ponte vechio
      • Archea brewery- closer to the bridge than diorama, I suggest a stop here before diorama and the bartender will kindly point you in the direction of cantillon. They have a great bottle selection and rotating draft list.
    Direct message me with questions.

    Cheers

Thanks for the info! The wife and I are heading to Rome soon and I was looking to pick up some Cantillon. Just curious, what were their prices like?

At both baladin and diorama prices were the same(about 23 euro).

Good rec, but how can you mention Rome and not mention:
Brasserie 420 and Ma Che.... and Bir & Fud
All of those are amazing, and I know 420 and Ma Che have Cantillon too.

In Rome I wasn't able to make it to those places so I can't speak for them. The other threads clearly recommend them, and the guys at Baladin recommended them as well. This was just my easy strategy for the Cantillon hunt, in my opinion (Baladin is most centrally located).
