Things are slowly changing and with the previous JK lawsuit and Open the Taps getting reved up things are going to improve. But I hope it's not to much longer and I'm off the day it's released so I can score me a couple of bottles.
Wouldn't hold your breath. I just don't see laws bending that much on distribution. You either self distribute on a small scale, or you use larger distribution companies. TX is far from the only state that keeps brewers hands out of both pots.
