Things are slowly changing and with the previous JK lawsuit and Open the Taps getting reved up things are going to improve. But I hope it's not to much longer and I'm off the day it's released so I can score me a couple of bottles.

Wouldn't hold your breath. I just don't see laws bending that much on distribution. You either self distribute on a small scale, or you use larger distribution companies. TX is far from the only state that keeps brewers hands out of both pots.

The state of Texas would never allow something like that to happen with an alcoholic beverage! Think of the children! Wait, what's this wine stuff you speak of?
