So was just organizing/clearing cellar space and found a single bottle of Deschuttes Jubelale (not Jubel2010) from 2009 and was just wondering if anyone had any experience aging this. Obviously I will drink it for sake of argument, I just don't see this beer going the distance. Hopefully I am wrong

I had the 09 at the parkway's Deschutes night last winter, that seems to be the oldest I'd like to go with this one. In short: drink now.

Thanks for the input, I'll have to maybe drink it on one of these last PNW rainy days before it gets too warm.

Had a vertical this winter 2006-12 must say the newer was better. But the oldest was not undrinkable.

I like to age this one for about a year. Tastes great.

Found a store with some 6 packs of the 09 on the shelf still. I picked it up, we drank it at 3AM on the beach in Santa Cruz, and it wasn't bad, but gotta say that the fresh is better. Maybe one year would be good, but I think the 09 was definetly past its prime, but overall not bad. The bum that smoked a joint with us that night seemed to enjoy it. lol
