KBS LIF

    I have a bottle of KBS boxed up with one extra. It is ready to ship to someone who has never tried it. If you are interested in being the recipient, post your best explanation as to why you deserve to receive the bottle in this thread. I will choose the winner tonight.

    Rules:
    1. Only enter if you have never tried KBS and currently do not have a bottle. (honor system)
    2. Winner must have a FedEx (not UPS) account and be willing to send me a label tomorrow by 5:00 PM so that I can send you the box.
    3. Winner must post their own LIF within 1 month of receiving box.

    If you are not willing to comply 100% with these rules if you are the winner, do not enter.

    I did not win a LIF, so I have no obligation to do this any certain way. I am just doing this to give someone who has not tried KBS a chance to try it. If nobody wants to participate because they have to foot the shipping bill, I will just drink the bottle myself.

    Why are you complaining? The winner gets a free bottle of beer. If someone wants to do this on a beatification I am more than willing to pay for shipping :slight_smile:

    If it takes less than a day to set up a FedEx account, I'm in. And from the looks of it, I might be the only one :stuck_out_tongue:

    From what I remember, it was not hard to set up. If the winner has to set up an account I will be flexible around waiting for the label. Even though you are the only one to enter so far, you still have to give a reason as to why you should get the bottle.

    It easy for us Great Lakes guys to take a beer like KBS for granted. There are quite a few states that don't get Founders and not everyone has traded for it.

    Ah, ummm, missed that part.

    Lets see, I'm out here in SoCal and do not travel for work, nor really know anybody out that way. I'm a trading baby who is just completing his first trade for just local off the shelf stuff, and don't even have the cellar to trade for a kbs anyway. Stouts are far and away my favorite style, and I love added bourbon flavor (got to try some Parabola last year, cant wait for this years release).

    So yea, that's my entry i guess

    Where were you guys yesterday? With only one entry it made me feel like Jparkanzky was correct in that everyone in the world has tried KBS by now. I was pretty bummed. Sorry you guys missed out.
