    We are off to a great start tonight! STS was awesome and really reminded me of German and Czech pilsners. Distribute this brew to Texas!

    Not sure where the poll is at/going to be at, but I'm definitely down for and will continue to purchase tickets for any virtual beer fest you all do. So please keep doing more! I would love to see a porter/stout one for when the weather gets cold out this winter.

    Thank you Todd, Edgar and brewers for an excellent and informative evening. Water! Yes, water is life and beer. An element of brewing long pushed to the side but you fixed that tonight. Been to multiple Extreme Brew Fests, looking forward to "live and in person" again. Be well!

    Not sure how to get into Discord as we tried and failed several times. We enjoyed the Zoom from the past beer fests. This feels like a step back.

    Yes. For Lager Fest, several of the breweries that we invited couldn't provide us with enough beer.

    I couldn't disagree more. Discord has been a ton of fun, the conversations are much more relaxed and intimate, and last night proved that adding Discord to our virtual fests was a big hit with everyone who joined.
    Sorry to hear that you're having Discord issues. The process can be a bit daunting if you're new to the platform. Download the app > create an account > click on the invite > agree to the rules > #verify, and then head to the #fests channel.

    Awesome job everyone!

    I took it easy on the first three and had leftovers after it was over. @FBarber dared me to do a cuvee over on Discord, which I did and it was better than you'd expect. :wink::grin:

    These were all well selected beers, and I can't wait for session 2!
