I can vouch for Whole Foods at south end of Strip. Walgreens across from the Cosmopolitan has some good bottles too. Not mind blowing necessarily but enough to scratch your craft beer itch.

Atomic Liquors on Fremont Street is amazing. It's a total dive bar. Bikers, crack wh-res, etc., but has an amazing beer list. I love Public House, Todd English, Burger Bar...all of them. But this place is amazing.

For selection hit up total wine. Some of the places mentioned are good but very limited selection.

Haha...I gotta say the truth.Im sure allot of BAs went to total on Black Friday and got some Bourbon county.

Sarcasm....nice.....Let me guess. You are all about a said shop that has bottle share nights and never drinks beer that ain't "craft"....lol

Of course we did. We aren't stupid. Sometimes you have to deal with the devil. I just don't shop there any other time. and yes we go to said shop and have bottle shares.

I always find it funny when locals even mention Total Wine. Their selection is no better then Khoury's, Whole Foods blvd, they just have more "crap." Even Lees on Flamingo has a beer selection close to Total. Keep supporting Total wine, that's cool. We shall support our LBS and the people that run it. Because Total doesn't give a shit about you, the consumer.

You should come to a share at Khourys some time.

They are on Wednesday's at 6:00pm. You can bring one out of market beer to be shared with the fellas. Everyone is welcome.

You see what you did there, right ?

Honestly though.Im not hating on any said LBS.Im just stating that Total has the biggest selection collectively in town.Period.Ill shop anywhere unless they are hurting innocent people.I don't care about LBS vs corporate vs Local breweries.Ill pay for what I want.Nothimg personal to any group.

Maybe I shall.Ive been to the bottle shares there before. There cool at times. Thanks for the personal invite.

Ps:I would also do a trade with anyone that's a cool BA.

Is what it is bro. Id just rather support a local shop then a corporate business especially if the selection is great and the people are good. Do what you shall.

I have to ask because I've only lived in Vegas for a couple months now and Khoury's is on the complete opposite side of town from me so I don't get there often (been once, actually), is it really that great? I'm not trying to be a dick but the very few times Vegas comes up in some forum everyone talks about Khoury's being the best around and this and that. Like I said I've only been once, but I was completely underwhelmed by the selection. It was one of the rare times that I went to a liquor store with the intention of grabbing some beers and walked out empty handed. I can almost always find something new or exciting or different and honestly everything I saw there I had seen everywhere else. Maybe I was just expecting too much given the hype but I was definitely surprised in the wrong way. I know there are employees/owners (maybe) on here so, again, I am not trying to bash at all I am just genuinely curious if I saw a really bad day or what?

Was out there last week. Holy cow, the craft scene has finally hit Vegas. About time. Even the little casino bars had FW and the likes. About time.

Todd English was the standout for me. Awesome selection, though their staff was less than knowledgeable on their beer (but otherwise great). Super pricey, but during happy hour (3-6 and after 10) ALL drafts are half off.

Oh, and Big Dog's DIPA, War Dog is for real. Very impressed. Elite level.

Hopefully you just caught us on an off day. We do get some of the largest allocations of rare beers in Vegas, but we turn over the product pretty quickly, so the inventory changes often. We hope you give us another chance, and we have a few new beers that spark your interest next time. In the mean time if you have any questions, or anything I can help you with please let me know.
    Cheers!

Khoury's is fantastic. If I didn't live on the opposite side of town I'd be there much more often. It's always worth the trip. They have quite a few bottles you won't find anywhere else in town. Their tap list is awesome, I don't know how they get the best, rarest beer kegs in town but they consistently do. And to boot the staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere to sit, relax and sample some beers is unmatched in Vegas. I wish they'd open a second one in Summerlin, but I'm sure this is a pipe dream.

There are issues the owner faces opening another spot like he has in Henderson. Permits and shit.

I miss the location on Durango which closed a few years ago. It was so much closer to where I live, but I still manage to make it to the current location about once a week.

Yea, but the old location didn't have tap handles.
