LOUIS CK!!! YES!!!!!!
Hoppin' Frog D.O.R.I.S. right now, cheers!
On my second Hoptimum. Damn. Love this shit.
When I finally make it to Seattle, I'll be needing your advice on the choice watering holes. I already know to hit Elysian per your advice. Although I'm seriously contemplating waiting until winter to visit just so I can try your namesake beer there. Just sounds like the ideal winter warmer.
Now a SN Torpedo.
Make sure to drink a loerik in between. The low level of carbonation acts as a palette cleanser.
Yeah bifrost is awesome, but I would strongly recommend making a trip up here in the summer instead of winter, cause if you come in the winter it's just going to be rainy and gloomy everyday, if you want bifrost in the winter I can always send you some . I'd be down to go get a beer when you're up here, but make sure you also check out Brouwers, The Noble Fir, and Bottleworks, you won't be disappointed.
Kuhnhenn Winter Wonder Lager 2009
Nitro PBR. No kidding. (photo by Domingo)
Up next, my first Resin! This stuff is pretty good, much better than other Sixpoint offerings I have had.
That picture looks awesome! Your beer is glowing!
This is what I've been up to today since this morning:
Belgian Beer Crepes with Troubadour Blond Ale
Then had a:
Now having a Dominion Millennium Ale!!!
I live in Southern California, so I get too much sunshine and heat as is. Truth be told, I'm more a fan of the regular rains and gloom of the Pacific NW. Sadly, I chose a wife who was born and raised down here and therefore I will always be stuck down here as a result. That was a worthwhile trade.
But I'll be happy to send you a growler of my local pub's finest in exchange for a bottle of the winter warmer when the winter comes again.
Tried my first ever bottle of DFH 75 minute...it was pretty damn tasty. Now on to some 90 minute. Cheers!
Solid egg cracking skills.
Sucks if you mess it up I just say when those few (rare) times it happens... see now you got calcium from the shell!! it's all good

musically going with a big wall of gamma ray icl this one
Moved onto NC Old Stock. It's 2012 vintage, so it could definitely use some age. Not bad overall, but I can tell that this one is going to age well. In the meantime, there's a bit too noticeable a tropical fruit flavor in it.
Bottle of Weihenstephaner Vitus finally convinced me to drink it.
Now onto Founder's Double Trouble
Started with a Gandhi-Bot and now on to some Hoptimum
who are you sharing with?
Finished up that storm king, and it's such a nice brisk night here in Seattle I decided that I would go ahead and enjoy a yeti and a double chocolate cookie for desert out on my balcony and enjoy the sunset and Elliot Bay.
surprisingly no one. I had it all myself, but all 3 oz pours from kegs.
Hahahaha had to do it just for you man, had to show you that view, hope you're enjoying that old stock!
Earlier, Alpine Nelson & Duet
(V009 + Lazy Lady Oh My Heart)
Under-carbonated 110%, yet quite tasty.
Listening to Kool Keith's Spankmaster
The Rocking Spatula is awesome! Thanks for sharing that!
You always post pictures of awesome beer on the Late Night threads, but I usually find myself more envious of your food than your beer. RESPECT BEER, RESPECT FOOD!! You do exactly this my friend
This thing exploded on me like champagne when I opened it, but it's pretty good.
Just having one tonight. We visited Indiana over the weekend, and got some bottles on the way.. Here's one of them.
just finished a DFH 75 min. Excellent brew
Crooked Tree paired with Game of Thrones. King Joffrey has commanded that I drink my fill.
I know the pictures you post on here get props on a nightly basis, I've complimented them before, but these pictures are seriously one of the highlights of this thread.
Just finished an Orval, moving on to Beer Geek Brunch
