    Popped open a bottle of Our Finest Regards by Pretty Things and settling down with the final disc of the first season of Game of Thrones. Can't wait!

    Started with my homebrewed DIPA early tonight, which isn't bad, but I think I went too heavy on the Nelson Sauvin hops. A bit later I started in on a bottle of Speedway Stout... I love this beer so much, I want to take it out behind the middle school and get it pregnant.

    1) the 30 Rock reference is dearly appreciated, and
    2) I've heard Nelson Sauvin can change and is arguably better between 2-3 months. can be astringently bitter at first, but then mellows and ripens, so hey—might still be awesome
