    After a lousy day, several Two Hearteds hit the spot. For the perfect balance of "juicy" vs. "flowery," I just don't think it can be beat.

    I have heard Bell's say numerous times that this beer is designed to be aged. It always bothers me a little when people review it fresh and give it crummy ratings.

    Started with Consecration, which was kinda disappointing. Light aroma, light body, light taste, light fruit, but it was good. I don't like when the head just dissipates like a soda though. Then I moved onto Bitches Brew. DFH knows how to put their stamp on a beer and this stout is different from most, but still tasty. Cheers

    I welcome it, more aged expy for me. In the past year, I've bought 2007, 2009, 2010 right off the shelves...crazy.
