Yes, I agree...drinking very nice right now.
That is a good idea, but I'm choosing to let the two I have sit in the wine cooler for a year or two before I pop em.
P.S.: what happened to that "looking for this BA" thread from last night where everyone started drawing everyone elses avatars? I came on today to add mine and couldn't find it Oh, well, fun while it lasted.

I want that glass!
Had a Postroad Pumpkin Ale, followed by Mt Begbie's Nasty Habit IPA. Not too impressed with either of them though the Nasty Habit is an easy drink.
A new bottle shop opened near by, and they have a daily beer special, with the selected beer being 50% off. Picked up this bad boy for $2.50.
One of these.
Now one of these.

Its actually pretty good. Very very sweet.
Im drinking this in celebration. I finished a test for one of my grad school classes and got a nice little package with 8 Surly Furious canned 10 days ago.
Enjoying a special beer for a not special night! Even includes BONUS LOST ABBEY CORK!!!! And yes, I had to take the picture in the bathroom, my room is dark and the phone flash just wasn't doing it. Cheers!
Great looking beer and photo. What did you think?
Sierra beer camp Imperial Red. Tasting better tonight than Sunday. Better glassware? I'm not watching horribly officiated football? The world may never know.
Upright Seven - tasty saison! Got it at Printers Row Wine shop in Chicago - check them out for a great selection - including many from Pipeworks.
Everytime someone opens, I have to ask - your thoughts? My white whale. One day. And that label cracks me up every time.
Holy Crap! BBA DL and DDG opened back to back on here?!?!?! SO MUCH JEALOUS!
Enjoying it, bitter and lemony- solid malt balance. My first Kern River brew, looking forward to cracking open my bottle of Citra tomorrow
The wife and I hit up Tri-City Brewing Company and had an Oak Aged Black IPA, a Dragon Slayer Whiskey Barrel Aged RIS and two Regimental Reserve Whiskey Barrel Aged Scotch Ales.

Slightly aged and delicious:
How is the BB insidious? I have one waiting to be drank.
You just made me wish I had saved a few. I guess there's always next year
I hate everyone from the east coast.
I havent had any of their IPAs but they always look fantastic on these boards.
I really liked that regimental, had a couple last week.
The label is awesome I agree. I think it's really great but Isabelle was a lot better, in my opinion. I've heard this was a lot better fresh, maybe let's wait for the next batch and see haha.
It's pretty tasty. Not quite as heavy as I like most of my BB Imp Stouts but the barrel aging is done well.
Which hop variety have you got your hands on? We carry the centennial and willamette, both I've yet to try. I'm very curious.
It unknowingly has become my LNBA trademark
Finishing my night off with a Gandhi-Bot as my buddy is passed out lol
Yeah it's pretty solid. Have you tried the Dragon Slayer? I prefer that, though I like them both.
I just noticed the snifter as well, why you hiding the CBS?
Finally got around to reviewing FBS. I almost feel bad that I didn't rate it higher, but it is what it is. Still, I do like it a lot.
Dude. you are gonna love that. Well, at least i did. Its amazing and I think I had it about 2 weeks old or so.
Jesus, hell—if WCIPA bombers were always $2.50, I'm not sure I'd buy anything else!
