They had the sasion . that was it.fischman liquors had quite a few different bottles
I told myself I wouldn't buy a Puffer because I had too much beer already...and then ended up getting 2 yesterday.
Sometimes I think PW needs to take a vacation or something.
Hope you're not saving these.... drink that Grouper ASAP
Agreed. It's PW that has a problem.
Drank a Black Tuna about a month ago and it was still going strong. Had it in wine cellar at 55 degrees
Had Puffer last night - huge passion fruit nose and palate with honey on the finish. Almost a bit too sweet compared to other fish, but still a solid performance. Bot in western burbs
Man, I hope they keep these releases coming at a steady pace until I'm in Chicago next week!
On the Horizon:
IT'S BACK! The Blue Lady - Berliner Weisse brewed with blueberries
IT'S BACK! Flower Child - Berliner Weisse
NEW! Pipeworks Mandarina - IIPA brewed with citrusy Mandarina hops
NEW! Wing It!- Ale brewed with bergamot and fermented on oak. Collab with The Aviary
NEW! Mojito Maddness- Ale brewed with lime, Equinox hops and fresh mint
These all sound delicious.
that flower child is fucking magical. Mandarina ninja i'm sure will be another great addition to that family. And i have thoroughly enjoyed the cocktail inspired beers.
1. Love the meme.
2. Mojito sounds magical. I loved the Stormy & Dark so hopefully this continues the trend
3. I have not had the berliner yet but i am damn excited!!
Hopefully they bring back the cheese version of this. That was epic!
YES!!! I will be in town for the 4th weekend....hope to score/drink my fill of these! Thanks for the heads up!
more free #glasswhalezbro!!1!!11! #bluecheeselady i drank mine the day it was released so it didn't really have that cheesy flavor.

Fairly certain: Jones Dog 3x (2x in 12oz bottles once in 22oz I believe), Abduction just once. Murderous 2x (once in 12oz, once in 22oz I believe).

-Most recent batch of The Brown & Stirred (The Rye Whiskey Barrel Aged Remix); don't know the batch number but it was released April 10th.
-Batch #1, barrel aged smoked porter (http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/28178/79381/)
note that the double batches are released concurrently. I would probably consider those single releases. and as @RP13 mentioned, the 2013 releases were in 12 oz bottles. everything else has been in 22oz.
Batches 209 and 210 were also in 12oz format and the last BA batches they put in that format.
i was wondering if that was the case. couldn't remember. my brain doesn't always fire on all cylinders
Yeah, I just remember it because of all of the "why is batch 2 not as good as batch 1" blah blah blah
Batch 2 is never as good as batch 1, that's like a universal rule i've had all of them except for the As You Wish, and they were all very good to excellent.
As You Wish... is phenomenal. It sat on shelves for quite a while, probably because of the artwork. It has a different look than the typical "Tales from the Oak" bottles, so I think that a lot of people didn't initially realize that it was barrel aged (or how awesome it is, for that matter).
Also, not listed is The Money
That's what I was thinking as well, but noticed it's not even on PW's batch listing. 473 and 474 are missing.
I cracked my bottle of As You Wish... a couple weeks ago with my bottleshare group and it was the star of the day.
Good call. Forgot about that one.
It is excellent!
Yeah Puffer is fantastic. My favorite of the drug fish series. The passion fruit and citra hops are perfect together. Very glad I picked up a second one/if you're looking for one, let me know.
Had my lone Puffer last night, and it is delicious. Wish I could have landed a second!
Has anyone had the Coqui? Picked it up from Niche last week along with BA Elijah.
Same here. In a solo cup (hangs head in shame) on the metra down to the city. Still, I thought it was fantastic. Big fruity nose and delicious.
Those NvU cans are right around the corner! I read July 9-10 they're hitting distro.
No, The elijah is solid thouhg. I supprise someplace still had them. Or was there a new batch?
I had the regular Elijah and it was great, so when I saw they had the BA it was a no brainer. Yea Niche cellars a ton of beer and now sell to go even though they are a restaurant.
Is distribution local only or throughout the U.S.?
