15p for a pint of the magnificent Barnsley Bitter in 1974 is up there. And the few crowns a half litre of Pilsner Urquell cost in the Mid-1980's in Prague. Or the sub-2 euro price of Zoigl today.

    What's tour best price/quality interface?

Prague would be my cheapest as well. Can't remember exact cost, but we converted it to pence, not pounds - always refreshing. That was in 2000.

If we're also considering retail, then (and granted they were on sale) 4.99/ea. for some Stone Xocoveza. Great beer at even twice the price.

6 bucks for a bottle of petite desay, better than 85-90% of beers 25 bucks and up.

I brew my own BA sours and depending on fruit I have anywhere between 5-10 bucks a gallon in them. Compared to 1 dollar an ounce+ that's stupid cheap, and they are varying levels of great to awesome.

8 bucks and change (plus like 13 for the growler itself) for a growler of Carton Regular Coffee! I double checked with the manager, but he said that was the standard price. I wasn't complaining at all!

Back in 2007 (in the early days of my craft beer adventure), at a Whole Foods in Wayland, MA, I brought a single bottle of World Wide Stout to the register expecting to pay the $8.99 sticker price. Well the cashier insisted several times that it was the 6-pack price and the honest man in me told her a few times that it's the single bottle price. She scanned it for $1.30 (the standard single bottle price) and then I ran to grab the last remaining bottle and walked out of that store with $18 worth of amazing beer for the crazy price of $2.60!

Sorry, no idea. Memory does not serve because I seldom pay attention so long as the beer is below the upper limit I'll pay.
