Haven't had a whole lot of experience with this beer, but that was my take as well. Still good, but I couldn't help compare it to the bottle sampled at the bottle share over at Tin Bucket in February. The peachy goodness just seemed to gush from my glass.

Currently, the sour and brett seem to be overtaking the peach aroma and flavor, though there's still plenty of peach in there. To be honest, I think die hard sour lovers will appreciate the current "dilapidated" version more than the super fresh version.

Drank last years batch a couple weeks ago - thought it was tasting much tarter and sour, even a little Cascade-like. Kinda had that sweet-tart thing that Cascade beers always have. Peach has definitely faded, but not absent. Have yet to consume this years release, but I think I prefer PnB fresh.

Did they happen to have bottles at Logsdon too?

no they didnt. the nice old man in the tasting room said to keep an eye out within the next few months. I havent noticed at any of the normal PDX bottle shops (belmont, beermongers, tin bucket, etc. etc.) but I have an undercover place that got a small allotment. I wouldnt be suprised if the 2nd wave of bottles hasnt truly hit yet

Just as an "oh by the way." When I was at the Eastside Club in Olympia this past Friday, they still had bottles available. Price wasn't bad either (at least not for a bar). $25 a pop.

I have found 2 bottles over the last few weeks at FOTM on Fremont - the most recent was 2 days ago. $20 per. I was surprised to see it there, still, to say the least.

Not really. You could ask me for a list of 20 places likely to have received it, and FOTM would have never crossed my mind.

i meant that its odd that a wing joint has a highly sought after beer in their cooler while the bottle shops sell out in less than an hour.

Especially when you find it there, buy a bottle, tell a few people about it then head back 3 weeks later for wings and they still have some left.

Strange, I stopped by Fire on the Mountain for lunch today and asked if they had any bottles (I didn't see a cooler). I was told they only do growlers to go. Where is the cooler?

If anyone's interested, we (Beermongers) will be putting PnB on tap this Sunday at opening, 11am. Sour fest!

Will almost certainly stop by for that.

I can't access FB at work... what other beers can one expect to find for the event on Sunday?

Did you go to the NE Fremont location? I don't think they will have it at the other locations. The cooler they have them in will be in the back. Most of the servers there don't seem to know the bottle selection. Go to the bar, and ask for it specifically. I was there last night, and they still had it listed on their drink menu.
