    Anyone know of stores like or comparable to Connecticut Ave? DCs laws enable them to get stuff most can't, Wondering if anyones making the best of it besides Connecticut Ave, was gonna go on a lil shopping spree seeing as I dont make it to the city too often.

    1 West Dupont Circle Wine And Liquor on P Street sometimes has stuff - but damn, expect to pay through the nose.

    There is evidence that they buy from Conn Ave Wine & Liquor and resell it later at higher prices. A guy who works at 1 West admitted to me that his $80 bottle of Black Maple Hill (sells for $45-$55 in DC) was purchased at an auction. DFH 120 is $20 here, etc...

    Still this is better than the $14.00 Hopback six-pack I saw in Montgomery County.
