So about 2 weeks ago I ordered a tumbler off Lost Abbey's website. The confirmation email said it would ship within 3-5 business days. After 7 business day, it had not shipped, so I sent them an email to check up on the order and waited 24 hours. No response, so I emailed again and 24 hours later I got a shipping confirmation email. The package arrived today with a handwritten note on the packing slip "Sorry for the delay, enjoy the extra glass!" Even though they never actually resopnded to my inquiry, I thought it was pretty decent of them to just toss a 2nd glass in for free. They didn't need to and I certainly didn't expect them to. Things like this are how you keep customers happy. Now if only the long stemmed tulip glass would come back in stock...
For a second I was thinking this was going to be a complaint considering their small staff, but glad to see it's good news. They do their best! However sometimes they won't respond back to one of my emails regarding their beer. Whatever =P.
