    IIRC, Next Door & 1 Barrel are still using HoB for overflow. Maybe they're moving?

    And I could see Rockhound using them until they fully get up & running

    Maybe since the car wash got bought out they can buy one of the octopus signs and give it a bunch of beers to hold.

    Having never been to Madison (Milwaukee is about as close as I've gotten, although I'm near Lake Geneva downstate all the time), you should let BA know when you guys are ready to release something (for whoever), so that we can search it out. Congrats on the first beer, also!

    @Vav "A bottling line, which can fill 9,000 bottles a minute"? 9000? A minute?

    Yepper. Pretty exciting stuff all around. Exhausting too.

    YEAH MOTHERFUCKER.

    ...no...

    ~9k per hour. It's a beast mode bottling line for sure though, KHS 30-head filler.

    Yeah, 150/min sounds more reasonable since the Krones we just installed is a 250/minute filler.

    Octopi will specialize in making beer for others under contract, but also brew its own beer under the name 3rd Sign Brewery, which will brew two versions of each beer it makes. The first beer will be an English Mild, made in two renditions — one called Madagascar Vanilla Mild Ale (made with vanilla beans and lactose for a smooth, creamy body), the other called Sumatra (made with cold-pressed Sumatran coffee, for mild bitterness and toasty coffee flavor). Also on the docket: two IPAs — Forest IPA (piney West Coast hops) and Jungle IPA (grapefruit and tropical flavor hops).

    That's an absolutely incredible taplist..

    Wish I was going to be in town tomorrow :slight_frown: Will hopefully stop through on Sunday evening to see what's still on tap.

    Quick Correction: Karben4's Silk Scorpion is actually Tokyo Sauna.
