Have not heard much chatter about this fest on the interwebs yet. Anyone planning on going to the festival on Thompson Point in July? It's looking like it will be a fun time and a post fest share afterwards is in the works.

Looks fantastic. I think I'll have to buy a ticket.

I'm in. They've cleaned up and improved that site considerably since Beer Camp last year. Lots of room!

Such a great location for a festival. This should be great as its 5 hours (if you purchase VIP). Should be having a share at my buddy's place a block back from Congress St and right next to Slab afterwards if anyone is game to join us!

Hadn't heard anything about this either, but it looks like a great event, I'll definitely try to attend! Perhaps I overlooked it, but is there any information regarding pour limits?

There is the link that is updated with brewers and info. Pours will be unlimited, similar to Beer Camp last year. The way it is working as explained to me buy a friend and owner of a Maine brewery is that each brewery in Maine were asked to invited one or two of their favorite brewers/breweries from across the country. The idea was to bring some more limited beers not typically seen as well as a session brew. Great concept and ever better being able support Maine beer and the people who make it.

Feel free to shoot me a PM about the share/dinner afterwards. Plenty of Lambic and tasty beers to be consumed post-fest. I will also be up at my beach house in the Old Orchard area for a week or so after so if anyone's sticking around and wants to drink and cookout all are welcome!

You can save $5 on each festival ticket price with promo code "brewbus". Cheers!

Will there be an update on the beers being poured prior to the festival? I'm staying in Bath and considering making the trip down.

Here's what we have so far from those: Bissell Brothers will be pouring Substance, Baby Genius, Lux, and *Diavoletto. Foundation Brewing Company will be pouring Eddy, Wanderlust, Epiphany, *Zuurzing (sour saison), and Uncle Buck's Farmhouse Ale (a buckwheat saison) for their Homegrown Beer Comp entry. The ones with * are for VIP's. Still waiting on word from Treehouse and Oxbow!

This is a post The Maine Brewers Guild posted in response to a question I asked. A full list should be published early next week.

"(Note, we are missing about 10 brewery’s beers – but if we listed a brewery as attending on our ticketing page and they aren’t including here, fret not, they will be there, we just didn’t get their list of beers in time to include in this doc!)"

Tree House is listed on the ticketing page. They also confirmed on twitter that they will be there.

Is this a sleeper event or something? It doesn't seem like there much hype around this thing. Anyone from Boston headed up?
