Anyone have any info/feedback on the Mango Extract? I've got a sour blonde on Mango and Mango juice, womdering if Mango Extract will help boost the aroma and flavor some, but I'm unsure if it tastes fake or how much to use. @ $5.50 it's pretty steep for fake flavor.
I used it once on one of my early home-brews and it was a complete disaster. Granted that could have been due to my lack of experience, but I used what seemed like a modest-to-small amount and it completely to over the flavor.
grab a blonde ale from the store, add a drop or two to a glass and see what you think just an FYi, but the best mangoes for brewing/eating purposes are kent/keet/alphonso everything else is bland
