Rather than post in the Mountain forum, decided to put this one here.

March 20-23rd. Always a blast. Thanks to the El Dorado casino for letting us do this (and then blow thousands of dollars at the tables/sportsbook) etc. . .

Lots more to add in the next 2.5 weeks. Grab a bottle and come on out. Met some good BA's and other peeps last year.

And btw, who the heck was the guy who showed up w/ Utopias last year? Came, shared utopias, left. There was like 30 people at that time, and nobody knew who he was?

No UNLV or Notre Dame fans allowed. No wait, come on out, your tears will be good palate cleansers.

I think I had too much fun last year! Unfortunately, I will not be able to make it this year due to a family trip.

Also, I don't think Utopias guy was there when I showed up. I probably would have remembered that, even though there are other parts of that evening that I certainly don't remember...

^^^ Yeah, Utopias guy was Sat night after the games were over for the day and you had split.

You were a good luck charm early in the morning! . . . half our group was still in their rooms, most of the Reno peeps were still at home and hadn't made it back to the casino.

Twas a good time to drink some Yeastie Boys & Iced Eclipse, while watching Marquette eliminate the team with the best record in the nation in Rd. 2 (Murray State 31-1).

I imagine if Marquette plays a morning game this year, that Coffee Eclipse comes out then.

Hope to see you in 2014. . . good chance the 3L FiftyFifty BART is the #1 seed that year.

I thought the 3L was coming out this year. :) I guess I have to request off the date in 2014.

I promised jh1982 I wouldn't drink it w/o him since he drank all his stuff w/ me he traded his for (not to mention a million other walezbro). He didn't confirm until this weekend, so by then, I had already rustled up a ton of stuff from the cellar and whatnot. . .

Besides, next year's Marquette team is a Final Four lock  so I figure it will pair nicely that year!

You know you wanna come out and tick some Michelob Ultra. . .

After Marquette was down double digits on the road v. Rutgers last night, I had to change it up and be a proverbial sixth man for my team.

Was drinkin' Lagunitas IPAs, but my team needed a little extra kick, so I broke out a Bigfoot on a weeknight (something I don't think I've done since college).

And then, as I started to feel a buzz of weekend proportions, they came through.

Bigfoot Ale is like Powerade for this spectator.

I plan on keeping both Bigfoot & BA Bigfoot on deck, ready to come in off the bench, all nice and limber at drinking temp in case the game starts going sideways during the tournament.

Now that's a commercial with Stevie Wonder's "Superstitious" I'd like to see moreso than Diet Bud's.

Sounds like we have some Texas beers showing up:

Jester King Funk Metal & El Cedro (Hoppy Cedar Aged Ale w/ Brett) being added!

Sounds like fun. Hopefully next year though

So I see Notre Dame wants some more tonight of what they got 12 days ago in Milwaukee. . .

Bigfoot and Brandy Eclipse on deck. A lil celebration for a new Jesuit pope and hopefully a Jesuit Catholic beatdown of a non Jesuit Catholic team.

Less than one week until this shindig gets going folks!

Last year was a blast. I'll try and swing by for a few hours. Time to dig through the cellar.

Ugh. Rough game last night, meaningless or not.

BA offered his proverbial condolences though: Added a '08 PVW Eclipse & 3L BART to the list for next week.

I think this is the last update before we go live Wednesday night.

    Founders CBS just added.

With Marquette playing at noon on Thursday, I think that Alesmith Kopi Luwak is a lock to be opened that morning right before tipoff.

Other than that, its all TBD as to when everything else gets drank.

In unrelated news, if anyone wants to be in a points only fantasy baseball league that plays for nothing but pride (although there's always side bets between some guys), we have a draft tomorrow night and an open spot. beermail for details if interested.
