I didn’t notice a mead thread here yet. I’m new-ish to mead. I’ve had a bunch of local garbage and a few of the better regarded ones from the US. I’m planning h to explore some more. I have a question, what is the shelf-life of unopened, cellared mead? How long might I hold a bottle of Schramm’s or Superstition before it begins to change? Does it change? Do the particular ingredients make a difference? Doe some mead improve with age? Etc. Thanks In advance.
