    There's a new brewery, High Cotton, in the works in Memphis. Should start churning out beers this year and I think they'll have a taproom. One of the brewers owns a homebrew shop and makes excellent beer, so I'm hopeful High Cotton will make beers a little more unique and adventurous than Ghost River does.

    But to your original point, yes, the beer tax laws need some serious changes.
