I just made an IPA made up of 90% meridian hops. I cant find to much information on this hop so I figured I would just put the flavor profile I got out of it out there. the flavor is heavy on the pear/grape vinous taste and is very clean. it finishes with a touch of pine but its slight. I would say its a very mild & clean fruity hop. the meridian I have is 6.7 AA. I dry hopped with two ounces and was very disappointed with the aroma. it is almost non existent. so needless to say I wont waste any in the aroma additions. Given its clean profile I believe it would accompany both spicy and citrusy hops very well
