I didn't get the coffee out of parabola but that's just me...

Polished off a Parabola last night with a FBS leading off. Also popped a Buddha's Brew which was quite nice and a few Jubelales sprinkled in throughout the night. Just getting into a Rochefort 10 and watching Horton Hears a Who! on the tube. Cheers and Merry Christmas!

...and for the record I'll take Parabola and BCBS over Pumpkinator under any circumstances. Not that Pumpkinator isn't good...I thoroughly enjoy it. It's just not "that" good.

Merry Christmas all.... just opening my first brew of the day... Eel River Porter.. it's really good in my opinion. A good basic Porter.. nothing overpowering...

    Up next Jubilation form Schmaltz!

I guess it was more like coffee with a lot of cream flavor from the bourbon sweetness, not literal coffee. Also mine was 2011

Decided on BBWW as well. This stuff is delicious. And I'm watching Christmas Vacation.

Should be sometime mid 2013. Firestone will be in Texas, which means their entire lineup is coming. Not yet though.

I just checked with my girl and she agrees that the Pumpkinator was the best beer we drank last night. She said it was like having a thousand ballerinas dancing on her tongue (chicks, man). To each his own, I definitely would not turn down either Parabola or BCBS ever but I just prefer Pumpkinator. It is just so damn tasty.

Ford or anybody else curious we can get something together at the Nobi Public House in a few weeks and compare. I have a bottle of Pumpkinator coming soon and I can get Parabola from a regular trader.

The beers had to be heavyweight to have a fighting chance against all that rich Christmas food: last year's Bigfoot, JW Lees Harvest Ale, Ten Fidy (2010), Hibernation and Sam Smith's Stingo, plus plenty of Celebration and a wee dram of Talisker for a nightcap.

Had a Brewer's Art St. Festivus, DuClaw X-4 Macchiato Milk Stout, and a Hoppin' Frog's Barrel Aged Frosted Frog's Christmas Ale. Whew, that was a mouth full. Split with Kevin(shoky) and enjoyed very thoroughly.

Chilled a Mo' Betta Bretta for myself tonight. Should be about that time. Merry Belated Christmas my lovely beer friends!
