On a recent trip to Belgium this summer my wife and I missed an opportunity to stop at Fantome Brewery. An illness kept us from tasting some of these world class beers. I am interested in getting some of their beers. I could buy or trade any beer you are able to get for me. Thanks for your help!

Are Fantome beers not sold in your area of PA?

I can get them for you but as already mentioned, shipping to US from Belgium is very expensive ! ! !
Around 200$ with DHL or FedEx for a box with 3 bottles, however, the more bottles the cheaper per bottle it gets

Oh no my friend. Prices for shipping are relative cheap compared to the States: http://www.bpost.be/site/nl/residential/parcels/international/kilopostint.html

As you can see prices are pretty normal. I always ship from Belgium if the parcel is between 2 and 5 kilo.

This German site however is cheaper when you have a parcel above 5 kilo:

    I shipped about 15 big bottles i a 31,5 kilo parcel for 87 euro.............................

Im pretty sure alot of us in the US can help you out. Post an ISO:FT in the trading section.
Like UncleJimbo said, you sure no Fantome makes it to Philly?
    Cheers!

Vintage Estate in Boardman OH has had them in the past. They have been working on a real time inventory webpage. You might want to check ever so often.

    Hello Thijs

Thanks for your reply, very usefull !

I already used regular post before but I had a small 'incident' with US or Belgian customs as they opened a bottle of rare whisky to check content ! Bottle had a value of around 750€, after opening 0€ as they failed to close it properly and a quarter dripped out ... Kind of a bummer right ... :slight_frown:

I know, beer is a lot cheaper but ...
