Apparently it kicked before the early entry was even over.

Thats a bummer. Given I am volunteering tomorrow during the day, odds of having it at some point in the afternoon session are better then having some once the 6pm session starts.

You have a better chance at the night session. All breweries have to bring same amount for all 3 sessions and sat night is only session that doesn't have pre entry

I was just as surprised as anyone, I'm sure. I was in the area with a co-worker/friend who's never been to MoRE and we decided to stop in for lunch after taking care of some business matter. Imagine my surprise when we sat down at the bar and spotted Henna Double Rainbow on draft. Just lucky timing. Was happy to pass the word along.

I'll second that - much appreciated for the heads up!

Double Rainbow good on tap... 10x better in bottle. Track one down if possible.

I hope he does the same thing for BA releases like he did Chaos Day. Such a nice and relaxing way of getting bottles and enjoying it on tap.

I would think he has to do that. I can't imagine the chaos if it were just first come, first served in person.

BA Karma was fantastic. More is really bringing it. I need to go and eat there more often. And note to others...Nashville Hot Chicken is supposed to be...hot!!! If you don't like spice, don't order it. Hopefully it's along the lines of the original Hattie B's and/or Prince's in Nashville.

More’s hot chicken is nowhere near Hattie b’s, which I would argue is nowhere near prince’s.....but the curds are great

I had the hot chicken, grilled, yesterday when @eifster82 gave me the heads up on Double Rainbow.
I was happy, and a little surprised, that it was actually hot. Sooo many places offer a 'hot' food item that is frequently not remotely so.
    Oh, yeah...the beer was delicious.

BA Karma was delicious. I did not get much if any barrel characteristics from it but man, adjuncts were on point. Like Chaos '17 with more coconut. Flavor bomb. Some more time in barrels and this will be a gem for sure.

The hype train for MoRE after the first two releases and now the awards at FOBAB is at blue line level speeds at this point. Note, this isn't to say it's undeserved, clearly the contrary given the track record between RAM, MoRE, and now the FOBAB home run.

The only way I'm getting my hands on any of their stouts is if they switch to a BPT type system. It's got to be an almost certainty they do that at this point because it's going to be Lord of the Flies on the Prairie Path at the next one otherwise. My trigger fingers are ready.

Ticket sales ahead of time definitely seems like the way to go for any BA bottle release.....but part of me reallllly wants to see how nuts the whole thing can get if everyone had to lineup. With bottle sharing allowed of course. It would lead to peak BA message boarding, lol

It would be fun to see a Chicagoland beer release get to Florida beer release levels. You know, grandmules getting hauled off in ambulances.
