I wouldn't doubt it haha though I think they were $30 for members.
$35 for a 2011 vintage Abyss at a bar. They would have let me pay that price and leave with the unopened bottle, and I went back the next day with the intent of doing exactly that, but they'd run out.
At 2013 "Raleigh Rare & Vintage Beer Tasting" festival, Samuel Adams was pouring 3oz tastings of Utopias for $30 ($10/oz). All proceeds were donated to "Pints for Prostates", so I felt obliged to dole out the $$$ for a 3oz pour...
$100, for a Bourbon Dark Lord right after 2012 DLD and for a 2008 Kate the Great yesterday. Both were instantly shipped off to trading partners.

Mid 30 dollar range for a 750 ml De'us from Grape and Gourmet in Va Beach and for a bottle of Westvleteren 12 from the Etre Gourmet web site. The Westvleteren was worth it.....the De'us not so much. Lost half of it opening the bottle!!!

Bought a case of duchess for my lady it was $99ish but i get throw together 6packs usually $11.99-$34.99
I believe I paid around $20 once for a bottle of Tilquien Plum Gueze. I felt like it was worth every penny.

I just dropped a bunch of $$ on Goose Islands Juliet $25, Gillian $30, and Halia $23. They were limit two so i bought two of each....yoiks! I have only ever had the Juliet. I hope it's worth it

Westy 12 brick most I've ever spent on a single SKU. Bought a lot of BASS @ $30 earlier this year. And look forward to doing it again

I don't remember how much I paid for it (I remember it being expensive), but I know Sam Adams Infinium was a total ripoff.

I gave into the hype and was proud I bought such a "rare" beer -- and then saw it at most beer stores for the next six months at lower prices. I bought mine in Pittsford, NY at my local gas station that has a big beer section.

Rare was $50 (I bought 5) and Armand seasons were $55ish

Bruery and Eclipse are expensive, but damn they are good, they never disappoint.
I pay $86 for a 1oz bottle of chemical called Stabilant 22a. It's worth every penny. But $40 for 2oz of beer? ah, no.
First expensive beer I ever bought was $10 for a DFH WWS in 2006. I still have it.

Per ounce, Double Barrel Damon. ~$3 an ounce. Yikes. $50 for a T25 at Monk's. I did that 3 times, once when I was too destroyed to justify it. Tasty beer though.
Bruery Bois for $30 and I drain poured half of it.
I paid $49.99 for a 6-pack of Bell's Ecentric Ale. Six bottles from different years ranging from 2005 - 2012. It was in Bell's general store in Kalamazoo. Good, but not great.
