$35 for a 2011 vintage Abyss at a bar. They would have let me pay that price and leave with the unopened bottle, and I went back the next day with the intent of doing exactly that, but they'd run out.

At 2013 "Raleigh Rare & Vintage Beer Tasting" festival, Samuel Adams was pouring 3oz tastings of Utopias for $30 ($10/oz). All proceeds were donated to "Pints for Prostates", so I felt obliged to dole out the $$$ for a 3oz pour...

$100, for a Bourbon Dark Lord right after 2012 DLD and for a 2008 Kate the Great yesterday. Both were instantly shipped off to trading partners.

Of course that has now been surpassed by the 2013 CC for $60. Oof. Not sure how they can justify the cost of that, beyond the demand of course.

I gave into the hype and was proud I bought such a "rare" beer -- and then saw it at most beer stores for the next six months at lower prices. I bought mine in Pittsford, NY at my local gas station that has a big beer section.

Per ounce, Double Barrel Damon. ~$3 an ounce. Yikes. $50 for a T25 at Monk's. I did that 3 times, once when I was too destroyed to justify it. Tasty beer though.
