Me and my family will be heading to Paris next week. What are the must try beers in Paris? Another question is aside from La fine mousse, La caves bulles, and bootlegger what other bottleshop and craft beer bar should I visit? Thank you in advance. :)

You already know the best places.
I suggest you also check :
    - Bottleshops : Breberry, Bières Cultes, La Moustache Blanche
    - Craft Beer Bars : L'express de Lyon, Supercoin
You can find all these places on this map :

Regarding the must try beers what are you looking for ?
You can try beers from Craig Allan (Agent Provocateur, Cuvée d'Oscar, Psychedelia), Fleurac, Brasserie du Mont Saleve, Brasserie de la Vallée de Chevreuse - Volcelest, La Franche, Brasserie Correzienne, Saint Rieul.

But my best tip is : ask THE EXPERT at La Cave à Bulles and La Fine Mousse.

    Bon séjour

Really sorry I didn't see this sooner, I hope you had a nice time in Paris and it is very likely we met (if you visited La Cave a Bulles), I work there with the infamous Simon Thillou.

Anyway, hope you had a good time.
