Nearly Year Old Berliner Weisse

    Definitely am not... Coriander and wheat are pretty distinct, have cooked with coriander countless times and wheat is wheat. Not entirely sure what you're trying to say here. I'll assume you aren't saying Goses are light on wheat flavor because that is obviously wrong. So I have to take it that you're saying Berliners have a noticeable wheat flavor? That isn't the case for me, have tasted little to no wheat. Maybe it's because I've only had a few German Berliners, but the wheat is definitely not very detectable in American Berliners, at least to me.
