Negative Feedback for not sending extras to rude/insulting trader?

Extras are extras, not a required part of the trade.
Anyone trading with someone in the midwest & northeast need to understand that if they don't want trades delayed by the weather should wait until spring or find someone in a warmer location to trade with during winter. I've had to delay almost every trade I've made in the last 2+ months due to weather & haven't encountered anyone that has been negative about it

Why go through with the trade if you had bad feelz and nobody shipped? No harm in backing out.

Unfortunately, I am not surprised by the behavior of this one.

 

If these details are on point, that is ridiculous. And I would tend to believe they are as I have traded with @bauermj and would happily do so over and over.

 

wow what a complete ass. i had multiple trades set up last week and each person was ok waiting until the weather was better -- sucks to have someone think you are kidding when we had high temps in single digits sun-tues

 

Yeah, for the record I also have two trades from the midwest I've been sitting on waiting for things to warm up. That's how reasonable people operate.

BA Mods should read this and remove the negative feedback.

 

As much as it pains me to see a good BA getting the shitty end of the deal, I don't know if the mods should get involved. The fact is that the other trader felt that it was a negative experience for him, as unreasonable as it was, it should be reflected. Other BAs will have a chance to review his petty trade comment, behavior, and expecation and be warned to stay away from him by his own words. Removing the negative will put other traders in the same situation in the future.

What may be helpful is to have a way for negative reviews to be rebutted (...I hate citing eBay again, but that's how they do it).

OP - take this opportunity to leave him and his 3 trades with some negative feedback. Hopefully this thread stays up.

 

OP he hasn't sent yet? He sounds like he needs another thread about him, warning us about him receiving his end and not sending. "Possible Bad Trader" sounds like a good subject.

Don't name him, and offer him to have the post removed if he removes your bad feedback, and name him if he doesn't.

 

this is why I just stopped trading with the cold winter months upon us, I have some "gift" beers I need to send out to two BA's that sent me such amazing boxes that I need to return the favor but with the polar vortex crap I have just figured it's best to wait until march to avoid broken bottles and missed shipping dates. Some people just don't understand the risk with sending beer in the winter, had some other random BA person get upset when I called a trade off in dec due to fear of shipping getting stuck due to a storm.

I'd definitely like Westbrook Gozu (x2), Westbrook Orange Bliss, COAST Saison du Fus. I think I may pass on BA Blackbeerd this go around. However, I would like to get a sixer of Westbrook White Thai cans.

I don't mind shipping ahead of schedule (asap) even if it would take you a little bit or time or a few weeks to round up some WB cans.

I think you missed the point. He doesn't understand why you left negative trade feedback over extras.

 

So...HOW AM I THE BAD GUY????? Because he's lying and accusing me of stuff.

 

1. Identify his false statements
2. Explain why you feel the lack of extras warrants negative feedback
3. Air starts to clear
4. Except that point 2 will be very hard to do unless there is another reason for leaving negative feedback

Obviously amount of trades doesn't mean ANYTHING and this "guy" is the proof.

 

What is he lying about? It's plainly evident to anyone who looks at the trading system that you left negative feedback about him because he didn't send extras.

 

Not really, good starting point would be to point out if you disagree with these points from the OP;

"he chews me out 'Not sure what the problem is. I've been waiting for you for over a week....It's been nothing but excuses and bad communication...' A negative exchange continues, with the trader continuing to insult me."

"The bottles I sent arrive, he gives me negative feedback because I sent the agreed upon trade but no extras."

Bad trader because all the mind games and all the bs he put me through!!!! no extras was just another thing on top of everything else. And he calls himself and experienced trader.

 

Did he lie about being male? Is bauermj a chick? If so, negative feedback: warranted.

 

Not to mention he did right by you in making sure he didn't send you frozen beer.

 

Dude, you told me that you HAD all those beers that you've listed!!! You didnt' tell me that you had to go and get them until AFTER you asked me to get beers for you. I'm done with this. Believe him, dont' believe me. Have a good one!
