    @wasatchback

I’m sitting on some myself. Hanging out in the freezer right now.

Strata is awesome. Probably a top 5 hop for me. Brewed with it for a while when it used to be called X331. Got three batches in different stages of fermentation/conditioning that use it solely or in combo with something else. By itself it’s awesome. Next batch might go a little more old school and combine it with some Chinook.

I am about 2 days away from dry hopping with 7oz of El Dorado in a 5gal batch. I did a 1oz hop stand at 180 degrees for 30min - I'm hoping the two will come out super juicy.

Last NEIPA batch I wanted 6oz of galaxy to DH which I didn't realize is a lost cause, so I substituted with 3oz of Denali and 3oz of Mosaic. Denali is a great hop

@i_still_like_beer , yeah almost easier to dry hop with unicorn tears than it is with Galaxy hops haha

Going to brew a NEIPA next week going to go the amarillo/moasic/citra route having a hard time deciding my hop schedule... its for a 5 gallon batch .... my original idea was:

1 oz Amarillo w/ 15 mins left of boil
    2 oz Citra at flameout

Bring temp down to 160 Whirlpool for 20 mins:
    1 oz mosaic
    1 oz amarillo
    1 oz citra

Dry hop day 3 (or peak fermentation)
    1 oz mosaic
    1 oz amarillo
    1 oz citra

Then i was thinking of doing a day 7 dry hop
    1 oz amarillo
    2 oz citra

Does this make sense? Im a newb

Sure does. I would just move that day 7 DH to day 5. You only need 1-2 days for full effect. That way you are kegging/bottling sooner.

For a personal preference. Use just Wheat or Oats. Get a “feel” for one you’ll like better. For future batches.

WY 1318/ IMP Juice & WL007 great yeasts, IMO for the style.

Hops and amounts, endless for the style. But balance is key though.(Friut, Citrus, Tropical & Bitterness)
