New Belgium/Alpine Super IPA in Orange County

    Has anyone seen this one yet? I've been calling various Bevmo's and Total Wine stores but none of them seemingly have gotten it yet. Bevmo said they were expecting it last Friday but it never came in. I know the IE and SD have had some released.

    This isn't helpful, but it hasn't appeared at all in NorCal, either. Not sure what the hold-up is. We usually get Lips of Faith within a week or two of release in Colorado.

    I saw it at Landmark Liquor in HB (a block from my brother-in-law's house) a few weeks ago. It was in their walk-in cooler

    Ya know after having this at Alpine, it's good, I really have my doubts how fresh this will be once it FINALLY hits retailers in the OC/ Long Beach area. It's a massive brew to say the least. I was pretty buzzed after a pint at the pub. OK! Bring on the insults.

    Nothing too crazy, but a nice selection. It will definitely come in handy for a nearby stop if my brother-in-law is out of beer and I forget to bring some

    Was hoping to get this at Alpine today, but they said they didn't actually get much since NB doesn't distribute to Alpine. Walked away w/ growlers of hoppy birthday & bad boy...so it's hard to be bummed - but I'd still like to find a couple bottles.

    Haven't seen it at any of the SD bottle shops :slight_frown:

    I totally get that you want to try it but you should be happy with HB and BB - both are far superior!

    It's ok, don't worry if you don't get any. HB and BB are so far superior, and by the time it hits stores here it's almost two months old. I had it on tap at Alpine, big and boozy and really ove the top.

    I picked up a few bottles In SD 2 weeks ago. And haven't seen in OC anywhere...however La Sirena (Laguna Beach) might be getting a keg soon.
