I just found out about this, the guy's name is Ralph Quillin. Does anyone have anymore info on this? I work out of Paris every once in awhile and I'm pretty sure I pass the location every time I head that way, though I'm not specifically sure which building it's in. I'm curious who he is and what styles he's into? And just the fact that it's a new brewery in KY is pretty awesome, too.

He's on Facebook. He posts updates from time to time of what the place will look like.

My understanding, from the farmer who tends the owners cattle, there are going to be a lot of unique brews made on site. Apparently the odder the better. The taproom is going to play NPR and the slogan will be "Swallow a Cock."

I'm not making this up, either.
