I inaugurated a keg of Supernaut at Rudy's in New Haven last night. Nice little surprise at a bar I'm not super fond of.

Yeah, Amity was already down to 2 cases last night. That being said, it is super fucking fresh and awesome. It could be my imagination, but it tastes better than usual

From what our distributor told me every account was only supposed to get 2 cases MAX. Not sure how true it is but thats what I was told.

As an outsider, is IST left on any shelves or at the brewery?

Definitely none at the brewery (unless they happen to put on a random leftover keg for growlers, which has been known to happen on rare occasions), and I haven't seen any in stores for a few months. There may be a few bottles at smaller, less-frequented spots, but it's long gone at the bigger places. You shouldn't have trouble trading for some in person if you're coming to the area, though.

I STILL see IST in Norwalk. I have to resist the urge to buy two bottles every time I go see it...

Like I said, that's what my distributor told me so I take it with a grain of salt. Amity usually gets whatever they want regardless. There is more than one Amity store though so.

right, sorry, when i say Amity I'm always referring to the "New Haven" one, not the Hamden one.

After we get plenty of galaxy out there we'll set a date to brew our newest beer. A traditional Berliner Weisse.

They updated their website, it's certainly an improvement over the old version

    www.newenglandbrewing.com

The "Draughts On Tap" section is....misleading

Still no hours and the hours on Facebook are still wrong :astonished:

Clearly still an improvement... One question though, what is Zapata Bot? Sounds tasty... is this a beer that was offered in the past or something that is yet to be released?

Definetly the website is a big improvement, but wish there was a section that was clear as to what was on tap for growler fills at the very moment ( similar to the HF site)

Already thinking about the Berliner Weisse!
