    Any idea if cans will see distribution? Seems like their other releases (less the Crossing Swords) has. I'm bummed I'm going to be out of town for the release. Also - I thought someone mentioned somewhere there was going to be a Konkey Dong... anyone have any news/updates on that?

    Are they open on Saturday? I would be happy to just go have a few pints.

    @miketd

    I think only on canning days (for now). But supposedly in the future will have regular weekend (only?) hours to start.

    @meanmutt

    For the last release they still had people hauling cases away at 3:30-4pm. When I asked before I left they made it sound like one should not worry one bit about getting any of what they can. They do quite a bit. However they may run out of other cans/bottles they may have (not being canned that day) or stuff on tap. That is probably the only risk.

    I wouldn't worry about it, and great place for the pooch.

    Wolf's Ridge has been open every Saturday that I have shown up. I know they sometimes have special events that close the taproom for the day so I guess heads up for that. I haven't been to Hoof Hearted yet.

    Anyone get any zombie dust around Cleveland? I got some yesterday and I have to say how disappointing it was. I have had this beer like 3 other time and twice it was good and twice it was not good. This one taste like it's not fresh some but I can't find the date on it. Does this beer have to be super fresh to be good or something?

    I'm looking forward to this one in cans, because the last time I had it on draft, it was better than the fresh batch of Bodhi that was tapped the day previous.

    Like a lemming, it falls off a cliff, so to speak. Good for about 6 weeks, then just a shell of itself after that.

    My theory, which seems to be looking accurate from my investigating, is that once a new page starts in the thread, then the alerts go away. I'm not a fan of it at all, but I think that's what happens.

    Are there any bottles leftover from the weekend?

    I've heard this but my palate disagrees. I PREFER ZD at about 3-4 weeks (refrigerated), and think it holds up ok as long as out of sunlight and kept cold.

    If you swing into hoof hearted at say Noon has there been much of wait? Could probably talk my wife into stopping on our way back from the Buckeye game on Sunday, but not sure she'll want to wait in line for more than 15-20 minutes.

    Also it appeared Wolf's Ridge is walking distance from the Capital Square Sheraton? We're staying there which would be quite convenient.

    Yeah I am gonna drink my other one and see. Maybe it was just my pallet for the day but really just tasted plain and kind of had a slight beer is old taste to me. Nothing that profound just slight.

    You are correct, WRB is walking distance from the Sheraton. Highly recommend having brunch their on Sunday if you have time.

    The line at HH should not be too crazy, 20 minutes should be very doable! Sounds like you have a great weekend lined up! Cheers.

    Tried the Funky Pumpkin last night (still got a case at Royal Park). It was ok. Slightly tart, no real funk and a lot of Pumpkin pie spices more than any Pumpkin flavor.

    Last batch to hit OH (last week or so) was just a bad batch IMO. No dates on the neck - bottle dater was down, or so they say :wink:

    We got there at like 12:45-1pm at the Musk release and although the parking lot was packed, we got our drinks and sat down at a barrel within a few minutes. I don't think anyone at any point waited more than 5mins to get service, and we were there from maybe 12:45-3:30 or so. I wouldn't worry about it!
