Quick break from the round hints to check in on some recent hauls. Five boxes in quick succession made me too busy drinking and falling behind in thanking my recent senders on BA. In late May @brutalfarce and I completed a swap of local offerings, and I got a super-sampler box of some fantastic New England juice: FBDs were a long term want, and I counted at least 5 new brewery ticks in this great line up. Thank you William! Shortly afterwards, @Tifore send over this excellent brackets box: Masthead always incredible, Missing mountain crowlers were very pleasant new brewery ticks and DL is always welcomed in these parts. Thank you Tyler! Next up is a sneaky ninja box from @MunsonRoyE: Totally unexpected box with a tasty line-up from NC's New Anthem, always welcomed Olde Hickory and a long term want Haze; every single beer here was a new tick. Many thanks Brendan! Next day, another brackets box showed up from @wolfpac255 who clearly enjoys overdoing it: Superb selection of great breweries, Transient, Hop Butcher, Saint Errant, Mikerphone and so many others. This box had everything, including skinniest & tallest bottle plus shortest cans I've ever seen. Drinking some of these as I write this. Too damn generous Eric, thank you! Week later, another brackets box arrived courtesy of @max13: Phase Three has been nothing short of outstanding, the Mikerphone crowlers are on tomorrow's line-up and looking forward to the rest of this IL sampler.
