Is New Glarus Apple Ale still drinking well? When was it last brewed? last fall?

Also is the iced barley wine & barley wine two differant beers?

One last question, how's the newest cherry stout? I have one ageing form the last release which didn't seem that long ago. Has anyone done a pairing between the two?

I received a couple 4-packs of Apple Ale in a trade recently and they're drinking phenomenal. I'm not sure when they were brewed though. Also, I got some of the Cherry Stout too which is great. Too thin of a body for a stout, in my opinion, but tasty nonetheless.

The iced barley wine from a few years ago and this year's barley wine are two very different beers. In my experience both the apple ale and the cherry stout held up well. They didn't change into something phenominal but they didn't fall apart either.

This years Barleywine (if you want to call it that) tastes more like a dipa than anything else. Hopefully, the alcohol sting in the mouthfeel, will fade over time.
