I'm talkin' access to any beer and no budget for your food ingredients. 5 to 7 courses.I like to throw a palate cleanser course in the middle to break up the intensity, that's the only way I could think of to get some sort of balance to it. I do like the proteins on the abundant side though! Here's mine Caciocavallo Podolico cheese with Westvleteran XII Saffron, chorizo, Paella with Nugget Nectar Canadian blue lobster mashed potatoes with Bravo Brown Smoked salmon salad with Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier Aged and marinated Rack of lamb with Pliney the Younger Foie gras, truffle, A-5 Kobe beef sliders with Murda'd Out Stout Ben and Jerry's Coffe Heath Crunch and their Creme Brûlée ice cream mixed 50/50 with Sam Adams Utopius I could do this all day. Now I'm hungry.
