    This guy won a contest where I brew whatever beer style they choose. His selection was Schooner Lager. I want to at least taste what I'm supposed to attempt.

    I haven't seen Schooner in years. You aren't going to be stretching the complexity much, that is for sure.

    They still sell it at NSLC..I'd love to help but I'm moving out of province early next week.
