Inspired by my boss who brewed a great Cerveza w/ a Coopers Kit.

    3 gallons water
1 Can Munton's Extra Light for 60 minutes
1/2 oz USA Saaz (8.2%) for 60 minutes
1 oz Crystal at the last 15 minutes

    Cooled wort outside.

    In the Ale Pail:
1 Can Munton's Extra Light LME
    1 Can Cooper's Cerveza

Strained wort via a sanitized sieve into the bucket,
& topped off with 3 gallons cool water while stirring.

Pitched a starter of US-05 as well as the included Coopers yeast.

In racking to secondary tomorrow will include 2 oz of Med. Toast
Hungarian Oak cubes soaked in Cazadores Tequila. Thinking a month on these.

Not traditional in the least, but I have been brewing a lot of session beers lately & need a change.

    cheers

I'd appreciate to hear any comments if anyone has any.
Racked to secondary on Oak Cubes yesterday.
