This is the Imperial MM, and yes, I bought them at different locations at different times. I wouldn't think that would make a drastic difference, but perhaps I am wrong to assume.

No issues with any of my bottles. Just did a side-by-side with Imp BA Mayan and Pirate Bomb last weekend. Imp BA Mayan blew it out of the water (pun intended).

I wouldn't think so either...certainly odd. Granted I know zero about the bottling process from barrels but it seems like consistency would be achieved through blending.

    Perhaps a variation in batches?

Perhaps it was the last bottle from the bottling tank and had extra sediment.

Has anyone seen Hipster around Jackson or Lansing?

HopHeadHerman, I have had inconsistent bottles from Odd Sides. Last year I had a massive yeast cake come out of the bottom of a bottle of regular MM. I emailed the brewery and the only conclusion I could come to is they really don't care.

Have had a few globs in their beers. I just spoon them out and keep on chugging.

Finally tried the Hipster tonight, clearly the best beer they have ever produced.

That's just their way of being homebrewer-friendly.

Well a couple cases of Hipster Brunch came here and I just finished one (a bottle, not a case). Boy howdy is that good stuff! I'm so glad they started making higher gravity beers. And just today we also got Hop Gobbler, How Now Brown Cow, Sinister Vertigo and The Merry Elf!! MONEY DOESN'T GROW ON TREES!

Never been overly impressed with Oddside but hipster changed that.
