Yeah I finally tried it yesterday and am certainly in agreement with @Bitterbill here... better than most honestly, but I’m not sure its ubiquity will cause it to be perceived as less than it is.

All that said- scored discounted St. Lupilin ($8/6er)... Aaaand its probably peaking right now

I have now had some as well, and I thought it was a decent NE IPA, but it didn't taste milkshakey at all to me. Rep told me that the next batches will have more lactose

Rupture is one of my favorite readily available ipas. I will definitely try the milkshake ipa when I see it

Now that you mentioned it, I definitely agree... in fact, that’s probably why I like it so much— milkshakes I’ve had from several of the guys back east haven’t done much for me

Just picked up the new Montage 12 pack of cans and it’s got Cloud Catcher, Rupture, and 90!

Gotta one of the best mixed packs I’ve ever come across :heart_eyes::heart_eyes::heart_eyes:

Just grabbed this today. Great NEIPA style beer, but a little thin and lacking in body IMO to be considered a milkshake IPA. I will definitely enjoy the whole six pack though!

Bought a single. Great aroma. Not a milkshake ipa in any sense. They would've done better to call it a ne IPA. Sort of reminded me of what's generally available around parts of Vermont. Not exactly turbid and soft like say a TH type brewery but working with some tropical elements with a regular mouthfeel. Thinking along the lines of long trail vt IPA. Quite good but may not stand out.

I've drank a few already, it's an enjoyable offering. However I still prefer their other "hoppy" options.

Very good, light on lactose. But I’m fine with that. Nice peachy aroma. Not much body, but I don’t think ipa for body like a lot of people these days. As long as the hops are good, I’m good.
