So a 5 year blend or a 13 if there are varying amounts of Irish Walker still around? Or a combo release every year? Would be interisting. I'll grab another one tomorrow, fabulous brew.

-Tap Room has it too. Either restaurant has it for $7/12 oz , or $10/12 oz + glass.

    Oh yeah, forgot to mention...

Last night at the tap room I tried a mix of Event Horizon and Omega Point and it was fantastic.

Don't know what to call it... Omega Horizon? Or something like a Godzilla monster, OMEGIZON!

EH and OP are very dry but by golly they are fantastic. OP is perhaps the best multi year blended beer I have ever tasted.

Had it at hops in Gso today. They're selling it for $6.50 a pour, which is less than what it's going for in Hickory. It's so, so good...

Had it on draft at Olde Hickory Station yesterday. Phenomenal beer. Plenty of bottles left there ($20) and glasses, too. Worth the drive for many.

I can't believe this is sitting on shelves up there. I had it last week and was blown away at how good it was. I'd be buying it all up if I were y'all.

I agree, the only hold up was the price, but I'm thinking about driving back up and buying more anyway.

Me too - and then some... my wallet is sore, but I'm less than thirty minutes from Hickory right now and I can't stop thinking that - a year from now, I'm going to be wondering why I didn't pick up more. Can't wait to trade some of them.

The price is all over the place in Distribution. I've seen anywhere from $19.99 to $28.99. That kind of spread usually doesn't happen.

I saw $24.50-$25 while in Asheville. I assumed it was a 750, don't know why, but the price didn't bother me once I tried it.

I know this. I hadn't seen the bottle prior to buying a few online, so I didn't know what size it was. I do appreciate the math lesson though. It's actually 650.617mL if you're counting.

Haha No problem. You'd be surprised how many people are clueless about bottle sizes. 650.61765 ml :stuck_out_tongue:

Yes it is. I know Hops & Grapes has it and I assume (though haven't looked lately) that Hickory Station has it as well.

Yeah, gosh, as a store selling beer they'd probably hate having to sell their beer to the flood of people.

If you are traveling to Asheville from Charlotte, Hickory is on the way. Stop by the brewery, taproom or olde hickory station (they are all on the same block) to have a pour and pick up your bottles there for $20 vs. $25+ (if you can even still find them outside of Hickory).

There are probably people who could tell you better because I am not really a local to the area and I have never been to the taproom, but they are all within 1/2 mile radius, hit them all up!

They're all owned by the same people, so not all that much basically  The brewery itself isn't opened all that often I don't think. They have a tasting room and I have no idea what the hours actually are. The Taproom and Station are both restaurants with bars that have a wide selection of OHB beer (and are owned by OHB/the people that own OHB). The Taproom has a modest list of other beer than OHB and the Station has a pretty wide list of beer other than OHB. Plus the food is different (though somewhat difficult to explain how... The Station focuses mainly on pizza and burgers/sandwiches maybe? Though Taproom has sandwiches too). I really don't go to the Taproom all that much now that the Station is open since the Station has more beer options, better food (though some argue with that), outdoor seating, and a small wine/cheese/beer store in the front as well.

But they're basically across a parking lot from each other so stop in at both

If you are heading to Asheville, definitely make a stop at the Station. You are guaranteed to get some Omega Point (and some glassware). I was just there and there is PLENTY left. Also, they have good food if you want a meal. If you want it on draft, you can ask for a half pour if you are looking to continue to travel west.

For Triad folks: spotted four bottles on the shelves at Total Wine High Point Road. $23, which it seems is not bad based on others.
