I'd have to say Sweetwater. The IPA is just soooooo good plus I love being able to find it everywhere.

Founders or Alesmith. Both have world-class offerings of a wide variety of beers.

Terrapin or Mother Earth(N.C) mother earth has a solid line up and has been surprising me with some new projects, but definitely Terrapin solid line up and small batch projects that ive never been let down by

Add me to the masses who say Founders, for very good reason!

If the lugene choco milk stout is a pinnacle of the style like cut throat porter and their ipa are then I'll second this. If not then I am still searching for the perfect brewer. As I'm typing this I'm thinking that's really all odell is lacking is a good stout. Sours are solid, regular and seasonals can't be beat, and the one offs are also very well done.

    No doubt about it, Founders.

Price is a good issue here. The OP did not say that we would be drinking for free. All of you saying CC, RR, HF, and FFF must be doing alright if that is the only brewery you would buy beer from...or you would be taking a significant hit in consumption.

    Stone or Goose Island.
Like someone said before, GI hits the whole spectrum with the sisters, their barrel aged sours, bcbs and varients, king henry, sophie, and their year round and seasonal beers. Don't forget night stalker and big john.
I have never been disappointed by a stone beer. the AB series is awesome; RIS, sublimely and smoked porter are all regarded among the best in their style. across the board, they are just solid.
