I will be staying at the Hyatt at the Orlando Airport (or right near it) on Friday. Is there a store near by that I could purchase some beer on Saturday morning and is there a time that liquor cannot be sold before on Saturday mornings? I'm looking for some CCB cans but any craft offerings will do. Thanks a head of time for any help. Cheers

Knightly Spirits on Orange Blossom Trail will have the best selection.... Probably 15 minutes from the Airport. If that's too far any Publix should have some CCB cans. I don't think there are any time limits on Saturday morning for purchasing beer.

Prior to the temporarily undated cans from CCB, I had been finding the freshest Jai Alai at Publix in the Orlando area (2-3 days old), whereas the local ABC was 2-3 weeks. Enjoy your trip!

    Reviving old thread...

I have a 6 hours layover tomorrow at MCO and I'm flying carry-on only so I need for a place to drink, not buy to carry. Searching for nearby options to keep Uber/Taxi costs to a minimum. Thus far my research suggests Nona Tap Room. Is there a better option that I'm not aware of? Thanks.

Hit Oblivion Tap room, only 10 min from airport and great selection on tap. And get some tater tots!! You can choose from about 10 different flavors...thank me later

Agree with Gatorwait, Oblivion is gonna be your best option.

Uber is tricky here around the airport, its banned from MCO so when you open the App you likely won't be able to grab one without some sort of trickery, and the cab drivers are going to charge you probably $25-35 to get to Oblivion (even Nona Tap Room you're looking at $15-20 thanks to our lovely transportation system here.

There are a few chain restaurants with decent selections just minutes from the airport, Fire Grill which is a prototype "farm to table" concept from Tony Romas typically has some good beers and solid food.

Thanks for all the suggestions. With that much time I should be able to hit at least two spots. Cheers.
