Ottawa area craft breweries

    I'm heading to the Ottawa area next week for a Christmas party, and thought it would be a good idea to sample some of the area's finest breweries. Can anyone nudge me to where to go? The one stop I have right now in mind is bicycle craft.

    I like bicycle craft's IPA, But Beyond The Pale is where its at!!!

    I would also say Beyond the Pale is a must...they are the top of the heap here in Ottawa right now. I quite like Dominion City Brewing as well, still young but bringing some enthusiasm and good products to the city...they have a very interesting ESB.

    Thanks for the info...are BTP and bicycle craft the only places to growler fills? Do they fill your own or do you have to buy them at the brewery?

    Covered Bridge also has some good offerings and do growler fills; in fact I would say almost all of the local breweries offer growler fills but exclusively their own growlers (think its an Ontario Liquor Law thing).
