    Hey,

Planning on an American pale ale with some late hop additions. Malt bill is all set, but just wanted to get some opinions on my hop bill. Specifically, does anyone have experience with Pacific Jade? How about Pacific Jade and Amarillo paired in a late boil addition?

Goal: Pale ale around 40 IBU, i'm looking for complexity, with each hop contributing. I'm more worried about one hop overpowering another.

Proposed hop bill: Columbus (whatever to get to ~40 IBU) 60 min
    Centennial (.5 oz) 15 min
    Citra (.5 oz) 5 min
    Amarillo (?) flameout
    Pacific Jade (?) flameout

Let me know what you think. Too complicated? Is an ounce each of Amarillo and Pacific Jade too much? What would be a good ratio for these hops where one doesn't completely overpower the other? Thanks for your opinions!

Pacific Jade = PEPPER and citrus. Did a sorachi and PAC Jade IPA that basically tasted like a saison. If you use Pac Jade for bittering, it's very clean and mellow.
