Are there any Asheville locals that can shed some light on where the best places to park in downtown Asheville are? Specifically near Burial and the Funkatorium.
On street parking everywhere. Best bet is park near Green Man. Start at Wicked Weed, hit up Green Man on your way to Burial, slip into Tasty Beverage Co for some togo bottles and usually a good draft list on your way to Funkatorium. I've done this journey nearly 20 times.

There's a parking garage close to wicked weed. Gotta pay but it's not terrible. Short walk to funkatorium and burial but I've always hit those and then walked up to wicked weed to finish the day
Plenty of downtown garages, and it's cheap. I think our last trip it was $5 all day, whereas downtown parking in Atlanta can be $5 an hour.
Not sure where you are parking downtown, but I park on top of South Station when I'm up that day and it is like $30 a day.
Yep, don't finish at the bottom of the hill. The less hammered you are when you walk back up, the better.
On staurdays the weed opens at 11 and burial at 2. Park on the street by burial around 10:30 and walk to the weed, hitting it early to miss the S Storm. By the time your done at the weed burial is open.
Parking Garage Right on Biltmore 2 blocks from wicked Weed, was $5 flat fee after 5pm parked there every night.
