Phoenician coming to NYC

    I'll be in NYC for the first time next week and I just wanted to see if any one could impart some wisdom on me about some great beer bars to go to. Any and all recommendations are welcome.

    Also to help narrow things down a bit I'll be staying nearby Time Square.

    Check out Pony Bar at 45th and 10th, always an interesting, rotating draft list and everything is 5 bucks (higher ABV beers in smaller servings). Had Oskar Blues Deviant Dales and Mama's Little Yella, Brooklyn Maple Porter, Hill Farmstead Everett (!) the other night. Tomorrow is Founders night, should be pouring CBS and KBS.
